DISCIPLESHIP

- EQUIPPING THE BODY OF CHRIST -

Frontier Harvest Ministries strengthens the body of Christ through strategic discipleship training, leadership development, and church-planting initiatives.

Through Harvest Festivals, ongoing small-group studies, and personal one-on-one mentorship thousands of leaders have been equipped to make disciples, teach God’s Word, and plant new churches across dozens of ethnic groups in Asia.

HARVEST FESTIVALS

WHAT IS A
HARVEST FESTIVAL?

Every year since 2011, we gather where the gospel is moving the fastest within East Asia and parts of South East Asia — bringing together the most fruitful church planters from surrounding regions. Meetings can be anywhere between 50 to 500 leaders. These leaders are the “cream of the crop,” the seed for the next wave of churches God is raising up. Not only do we gather, but behind every gathering, there are strategic sending initiatives into unreached territories.

A GATHERING OF

FRONTLINE LEADERS

For three to four days, we bring together church planters from our network for focused encouragement, training, and spiritual refreshing. It’s a time to strengthen those who are sowing the gospel in the hardest-to-reach areas.

FIRED UP

& SENT OUT

During Harvest Fest, our team pours into these leaders — equipping, teaching, and firing them up to return to their regions with renewed boldness and a fresh vision to plant churches among unreached villages and ethnic groups.

LASTING

IMPACT

We have and continue to witness a wave of growth, including the planting of churches, the baptism of new believers, and the response of unreached ethnic groups to the gospel. Combined with literature distribution, hands-on training, and ongoing sending, this has become a whirlwind of God’s all-consuming fire touching whole regions.

THE MULTIPLICATION
THROUGH ENCOURGEMENT

Harvest Festivals consistently lead to new churches being planted. After each gathering, many of these leaders return home and immediately begin pioneering new works in surrounding villages that have no churches.

STRENGTHENING THE BODY & EXPANDING THE MISSION

These events are more than conferences — they are apostolic launching points. The encouragement and unity formed during Harvest Fests fuel the growth of the house church network across East Asia and bring fresh vision and strategy to initiate pioneering work in unreached territories.

CORE TEAM BUILDING

Core Team Building

Developing core teams in the harvest fields where the Lord has called us is essential to the long-term fruitfulness of the work. Jesus Himself spent three years intentionally shaping and investing in a small team before He left the earth. After His ascension, and once they were empowered by the Holy Spirit, that team carried the torch and transformed the world.

We, too, in this generation, can follow the model of Jesus by building strong, unified core teams around us. This means bringing together people from different backgrounds and cultures, shaping them to think with the mind of Christ, and leading them to serve with the heart of Jesus.
